Refund Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refunds can be made only in the following cases: A Client is asking to cancel the order before 30 days of the event date. In this case, Grateful can only accept the client's request to cancel the order based on internal considerations.
A. if Grateful chooses to cancel the order, will inform the client of the total amount of refund that can be given at the moment of the cancelation. The client must only ask for the cancellation in writing and sign the request form. The client will need to specify that he agreed to cancel the order and to receive back his/her credit card total refund as offered to the client by Grateful at the moment of the cancellation request. In the highly unlikely case that the client didn't receive the tickets he/she ordered in time for the event, Grateful will refund 100% of the client's money back and offer the client a credit worth a free ticket toward another match.
B. Client wants to cancel the order less than 30 days from the event date. In this case, Grateful has the full right not to accept the request and will not be refunded, but the client has the full right to transfer the ticket to someone else.
C. In the case of the delivered lower tickets category, Grateful can choose to refund the amount of the difference back to the client's credit card or credit the customer account inside the Grateful website for the sum of the lower tickets category differences only if it was bought at a lower price.
D. In case of a refund request in less than 30 days of the date of the match, the company will try to sell your ticket(s) only when all tickets within all categories of the same match are sold out.
E. In case of a refund request, the company will charge 6% of the total amount paid as fees for currency exchange rates and banking transfer services.
F. Refunded money will take up to 30 days to be settled in your account.
G. Grateful will not be responsible for postponed events or matches from the organizers and football federations. However, the client will have the right to keep his/her ticket for the new date of the event or transfer it under another name where Grateful stands out as clear and not responsible.
H. In case of force majeure, the company has the right not to refund the full amount; however, if the company decides to refund the amount of the ticket. The company has the right to deduct 10% as currency fees and bank transfer fees.
In case Grateful will issue the customer a written authorization for a refund for any reason, we will do our best to process the refund as soon as possible but consider that the refund might take up to 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of issue.
The customer should accept that free tickets or any refunded amount credited to his/her account in Grateful can be used only in the next 180 days (from the date he received the refund to his account). The customer should agree that Grateful can modify from time to time the terms of the refund/s, time of use, or the % to be used for future new customer orders. Grateful will not be held accountable for any delays caused by the customer’s Bank or Credit Card Company.
